Cary is a fair lending and mortgage expert with more than 30 years of banking industry experience, including as a consultant in regulatory compliance.

Cary has held numerous executive positions, most recently as the Senior Vice President for Fair and Responsible Banking Compliance at a global bank where his experience included risk assessments, HMDA, CRA, servicing and fair lending program management. Cary also has experience with Mortgage Default Servicing and Wholesale Lending.

Cary’s experience includes:

• Extensive experience with UDAAP and Fair Lending Risk Assessments
• Led and developed marketing compliance reviews
• Managed escalated complaint review and issue management programs
• Cary earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from the State University College at Buffalo and minored in economics.  He is a Six Sigma Green Belt in process improvement initiatives including fair lending
