Emily has over 10 years of experience in compliance functions within the recruitment sector. Prince2 qualified, Emily is also currently studying for her law degree part time.

Emily joined the JCW Group in 2019 and works across six brands in seven locations and is responsible for providing compliance frameworks that ensure the groups regulatory requirements are met whilst supporting sales growth.

Law, liberty and the constitution by H. Potter - the English legal system can be a wild ride and finding out more about its origins is fascinating

What motivates you?

You can never complete the learning process in your chosen field, it's a never-ending cycle of consuming and utilising new information that I don't get bored of and keeps me motivated everyday

Interesting (or not) fact about you

Every time I review a contract, I have to listen to an instrumental of Greensleeves, those sweet opening bars create a Pavlovian response that just puts me in focus mode
