What is the most important skill in your role?

Being able to quickly shift between two schools of thought. One being analytical which is responsible for process mapping, operational efficiencies and data analysis. The other being human which requires strong people skills and stakeholder management. The ability to communicate complex data or processes into clear and concise training for the sales team is important for anyone who works in operations.
