Jamie founded JCW in 2007 from his living room in Islington, London. After a year working solo, Jamie moved into JCW’s first office in 2008 and the business has been growing ever since. JCW was created with a clear vision on how to build the best recruitment business in the world – a firm that looked after its people first and foremost – in the knowledge that they will then look after clients and candidates. Despite the ups and downs that occur during the start-up phase in business, the company holds true to those same set of values today.

Jamie has led the growth of JCW into JCW Group, a global business with multiple locations and brands, all focused on delivering exceptional service. As CEO, Jamie is focused on maintaining the firm’s status as a high growth business, and creating an award-winning workplace environment.

Jamie makes sure that the business is adhering to the fundamental tenets and values that have made it so successful, across all offices and brands, while guiding the global performance strategy.
