A CIPD qualified HR professional who originally joined JCW Group in 2010, with responsibility for the creation and progression of the operation function. Kate’s role developed into focusing solely on HR in 2017 and she now works across six brands in seven locations, with overall responsibility for any aspects of HR and employment law.

As a mum of two, Kate spends her personal time with family and friends taking the opportunity to travel as much as possible.
